Try MH Scribe on a sample patient with one click. The fictional patient has an intake transcript waiting to be turned into a note and two follow-up visits that already have notes, so you can see how patient history builds up before you record a real session. Notes for the sample patient don’t count against your free notes.

New EHR guides show how to paste MH Scribe notes into SimplePractice and TherapyNotes, either the whole note or one section at a time.

Every MH Scribe account is now a solo workspace, set up automatically when you sign up. There are no seats to manage.

You now pick the note template when you generate the note, not before the session, and you can regenerate the same session in a different format.

Notes are written by Claude Sonnet 5.5, and session summaries and timelines by Claude Haiku 5.5, all on AWS in the US. If one AWS region has trouble, MH Scribe switches to another US region automatically.

Billing suggestions now use what MH Scribe already knows about the visit, such as the patient’s age and how long the recording ran, so they stop flagging those as missing. They remain suggestions for your review.

After you add a patient, you can start their first session right away. Insight cards show their progress while they generate, and stopping a long recording no longer times out.

Cancel or resume your Pro subscription from the Billing page. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan with all your data intact.

Recording now stops by itself after a long silence, with an on-screen warning first, even when the MH Scribe tab is in the background. Recordings also stop at 3 hours, so one you forgot about can’t run all day.

Note templates are now listed alphabetically on the Templates page and in every template picker.

Letters and documents (Documents AI) are now available to everyone. Generate referral letters, treatment summaries, prior authorizations and other letters from your clinical notes, on your letterhead with your signature, ready for you to review and sign.

The homepage demo now shows one session becoming both a finished note and a letter.

Long visits no longer time out during transcription. Recordings now process in the background.

Recording recovery no longer finalizes a recording that is still in progress, so sessions aren’t cut short.

If your connection drops mid-session, the recording is now recovered automatically and the audio isn’t lost.

Copy a finished note in one step, or download it as a signable PDF, instead of copying it section by section into your EHR.

The note toolbar is regrouped so related actions sit together.

Long transcripts now go to a larger model automatically, so notes from long sessions come out complete.
