Add a session
Start a new session from the patient’s page. The demo pastes in a transcript. You can also record in the browser, in the room or next to any telehealth platform, or upload an audio file.

Pick a template when you generate
The template is chosen at note generation, not before the session. The demo uses a psychiatric intake / HPI template. SOAP, DAP, BIRP, GIRP and your own custom templates work the same way.

Generate the clinical note
MH Scribe drafts the whole note, section by section, in that template’s format. You read and edit every section before saving. If the format is wrong for the visit, regenerate the same session with a different template.

Review billing and diagnosis suggestions
Billing AI suggests CPT codes and explains which part of the note supports each one. Diagnosis AI suggests ICD-10 codes with the DSM-5 criteria behind them. Nothing is submitted anywhere. You decide what to keep.

Look across sessions
Continuity AI compares this session with the patient’s earlier ones and points out what changed. The chat answers questions about the session with the patient’s history in view.

Copy to your EHR or draft a letter
