# MH Scribe

> MH Scribe is a HIPAA-compliant AI clinical documentation platform built specifically for mental health practitioners — psychiatrists, PMHNPs, therapists, and counselors. It turns session audio into structured clinical notes and uses purpose-built AI agents grounded in official medical references to suggest billing codes, diagnoses, continuity-of-care insights, and clinical letters.

MH Scribe is made by AhlTrade LLC (Portland, OR). It is built for mental health workflows rather than adapted from general medicine. Patient data is encrypted, processed under a Business Associate Agreement (BAA), and never used to train AI models. Every AI output is reviewed and signed by the clinician.
